Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin with Sausage


The cheesy, comforting gratin will be a dinnertime favorite! Local, organic broccoli and cauliflower are roasted, tossed with local sausage and caramelized onions in a delicious dijon-chèvre cream sauce and then baked with rice and topped with a grass-fed cheddar cheese.
