FAQs
What day do you deliver?
We deliver on Sunday every week between 1-5pm. The meals come in an insulated bag with ice so you do not need to be home to receive your order. If it is summertime and very hot outside we suggest you leave a cooler outside your door for extra protection of your meals.
When can I order?
You can order anytime!
However, the cutoff for our delivery on Sunday is Wednesday night at midnight. After Wednesday at midnight a new menu is posted for the next week's Sunday.
For example, if you order on a Thursday, you will be ordering 10 days in advance of the delivery. If you order on a Friday, you will be ordering 9 days in advance of the delivery. If you order on a Saturday, you will be ordering 8 days in advance of the delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Once subscribed, you are able to skip a week from your account dashboard as long as it is skipped by the Wednesday prior.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my meals?
Yes! You should be completely satisfied with your meals. You can always send us an email and we will arrange a refund for you.
Where do you deliver?
We are exclusive to Nashville, TN and the surrounding areas, including Brentwood, and Franklin.
Is Dinner Belle sold in store?
Currently, Dinner Belle is only available on our website.
However, we are moving to a new location soon. When we move there we will have grab-and-go meals at the front of our kitchen. You will also be able to use the new location as a pick up site if you live outside of our delivery area. The new location will be:
8120 Hwy. 100
Nashville, TN 37221
We can't wait for you to visit once we open!
What if I have an allergy?
We take every care to avoid cross-contamination, but we do work in a shared facility with all allergens. If you have a severe food allergy that could cause hospitalization or death, you should not order Dinner Belle.
All of our meals are gluten free, but we work in a shared facility with gluten so there could be traces of gluten in our meals.
If you click the picture of any meal, you can see all the ingredients in that meal. If you have an allergy to one of those ingredients, you should not order the meal. We cannot accommodate special requests.
Where do I enter a Gift Card or Gift Certificate?
You will enter the gift certificate or gift card code in the "Checkout" page on the same page that you would enter your debit or credit card information. Note: The box where you can enter a coupon code is not the place to enter a gift certificate or gift card code. The place to enter the gift code will be two pages later in the checkout.
Do I have the correct side salad?
Side salads do not come with every meal. They do come with a dinner entree which states in the meal description that it includes a side salad. A dinner of two servings will come with a pint of salad. A dinner of four servings will come with a quart of side salad.
Each side salad layers carrots, cabbage, and local Greener Roots "Nashville Mix" hydroponic lettuce along with a house-made vinaigrette.
If you love our side salads, you can order extra quarts from the A La Carte menu.
Can I add extra meals to my subscription order?
Yes! When you have a subscription, you can place an additional order from our A La Carte options. If you are signed into your account when you order, you will automatically be given free delivery and a 10% discount on your A La Carte purchase.
Why Is My Jar Lid Hard To Open?
Our kitchen team do our best not to put the lids on too tight. Sometimes there is a tight seal created from hot soup or liquid cooling in the jars.
Here are some tips to help you if you are having trouble opening a jar. Feel free to try one of these tips or a combination of these tips.
- Break the seal:
- Tap the lid with a wooden spoon. You should hear a pop when it opens.
- Tap the lid on your counter or table. Be careful not to damage your counter or table. You should hear a pop when it opens.
- Run hot water over the lid or use a hairdryer to heat up the lid. Be careful because the lid will be hot afterwards.
- Get a better grip on the lid:
- Use a dish towel.
- Wear some rubber gloves or silicone oven mits.
- Put a rubber band around the lid to help you grip it.
