Bo Bun Salad with Tofu

This salad is one of our all-time favorites: spiralized zucchini, rice noodles, cucumber, red cabbage, carrots, and herbs are dressed in a vietnamese dressing spiked with lime and then topped with roasted, marinated tofu and caramelized red onion.

Bo Bun Vegetables: Cucumber, Green Cabbage, zucchini, Carrots, Mint, Rice Noodles, Cooked, sesame oil

Caramelized Red Onion: Red Onion, avocado oil

Roasted Marinated Tofu: tofu, sesame oil, Tamari, orange juice, Garlic, ginger, chile garlic sauce
