Moussaka with Lentils & Mushrooms
This is our take on a Middle Eastern classic. We slow roast local eggplant and fold it into a mixture of local mushrooms, lentils, tomatoes, onions and spices. It's topped with a cheesy potato mash with just a hint of nutmeg. It's exotic and comforting all at the same time! Comes with a side salad
