
Butternut Squash "Lasagna"
Instead of traditional noodles, we are using thin slices of local butternut squash in this "lasagna" layered in a white sauce with ricotta cheese, spinach, mushrooms, rosemary, and sprinkled with parmesan.
This dinner is the perfect autumn comfort food.
Just reheat and serve!
Comes with a side salad.
