Borscht with Butter Beans

This vegetarian inspired borscht features butter beans with beets, sauerkraut, and potatoes.

Comes with a side salad and a separate jar of sour cream with dill.

If you are dairy free or vegan, you can easily leave the sour cream off because it is in a separate jar.

Borscht: Butter Beans, Potatoes, Beets, onion, carrots, sauerkraut, tomato paste, unrefined dark brown sugar, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper

Sour Cream with Dill: Sour Cream, Dill

Side Salad with Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette: Seasonal salad greens, cabbage, Carrots, Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette (lemon juice, garlic (lots!), avocado oil, salt, pepper, thyme or oregano)
