Spring Garden Salad with Labneh & Zhoug


It's a perfect spring salad with a Middle Eastern twist. Zhoug is a slightly spicy sauce made from cilantro that originated in Yemen. Labneh is yogurt that has been strained to make it extra thick and rich. This salad includes local radishes, carrots, chickpeas, almonds, lettuce, & Bloomsbury Farm's alfalfa sprouts.
